Kirkpatrick Level I - Survey

The survey I propose at this link aims to evaluate the immediate and direct reaction of the course participants. The 13 survey questions are proposed according to different typologies (linear scales, open answers, multiple answers), but they all share the same purpose.

This purpose is to have an immediate feedback from the course participants on their general opinion of the course, in terms of:

• personal pleasure,

• interest and engagement in the topics addressed,

• usefulness of the topics addressed with their daily work,

• clarity of presentation of the contents,

• quality of the teaching materials,

• availability and competence of the trainer,

• general organization of the course.

All the data and information collected, as well as conveying an initial idea of the effectiveness of the course, are extremely useful for being able to improve the quality of the training offer in the event that this course is repeated later for new learners.
