This course is an example to demonstrate the potential in the field of Instructional Design of an exceptional tool like Articulate Rise 360.

This course is partly serious and partly goliardic. The aim of the course is to teach the correct preparation of pasta alla carbonara, a typical dish of the Italian tradition and famous all over the world. Despite the fact that its recipe is simple, it is often not prepared correctly. To solve this problem and to rediscover the tradition of Italian grandmothers, I have designed this short online course.
